BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

For WKA & AMPED to confirm your place on the airline group booking, we require your non-refundable deposit with urgency! You will also be required to pay in full for your travel insurance, and payments to be made to Emile from WKA.

Total cost: NZD $4480 Per Fighter, NZD $4100 Per Supporter

NZD $1000 non-refundable deposit is required by 23 September 2024

50% of cost is required by 1st October 2024 and full amount by 30th November 2024 to the account below:

PAYMENT NOTES, WHO DO YOU PAY FOR WHAT: 1. Your standard WKA package is paid directly to Emile from WKA, including your initial $1000 per person deposit. 2. For any holiday extensions you are planning to do after the WKA tournament, you will arrange this directly with Shona from AMPED, as well as pay AMPED for these costs, separately. *Please contact Shona asap to let her know if you are planning to extend so AMPED can rebook your flights home onto another day of your choice, as well as provide any quotes for your additional travel plans required.
