Snowplanet Membership ‘Cashback’ Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter draw, and the prize, form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are ineligible.
3. Entry into the Snowplanet cashback prize draw is from 01 October 2018 to 30 October 2018.
4. The prize draw ‘cashback/refund’ is for one (1) single Snowplanet 2018/19 membership subscription
5. Minors (aged 17 or under) are eligible to enter into this prize draw.
6. Where family membership has been purchased, the value of the one (1) membership number drawn will be the value of the cashback, not the entire value of all the family members with passes.
7. To participate in the prize draw customers must complete the prize entry form on AMPED website www.amped4ski.co.nz/cashback-prize during the above dates.
8. A valid entry is one that has been completed fully and detailing full name, email address, telephone number, city of residence, and age.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted into this prize draw, and all duplicates will be removed by AMPED and discarded.
10. At the end of the prize draw period all records will be randomly mixed together in excel using a random sort function.
11. The random sort will be carried out 5 (five) times by an AMPED employee. At the end of the 5 (five) sortings, the member of AMPED will select a line number using a random number generator and write it down, along with the name, email and phone number. This will be known as the “Primary Prize-Winner”
12. Four (4) back-up prize-winners will also be drawn, and for each, a record kept as well as the order in which they were drawn so that in the event that the “Primary Prize-Winner” does not come forward in time, the backup prize-winners will each be notified in the order in which they were drawn
13. The prize-winner will be drawn on Monday 05 November and will be notified by phone, email.
14. The prize-winner will be required to produce proof of identity.
15. If the prize-winner does not come forward by Tuesday 12 November 2018, AMPED will systematically notify the backup prize-winners in the order they were drawn until such time a ‘cashback’ prize is either claimed or the list of prize-winners is exhausted. Should this be the case a second cashback prize draw (in accordance with articles 13 to 17 above) on Tuesday 12 November 2018. That winner will be required to come forward within six (6) further days by the following Tuesday. This process will be repeated until such time a winner comes forward.
16. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The promoter may use the prize winner’s name, entry and town of residence in any publicity relating to this promotion.
18. The promoter is AMPED The Ski Adventure Travel Specialists, 3 William Laurie Place, Albany, Auckland 0632.
19. This package prize draw is available to all existing and renewing Snowplanet membership holders with a valid 2018/2019 Snowplanet membership of any value.
20. AMPED Ski & Dive Ltd will not be liable for any events that prevent the prizewinners from accepting or receiving their ‘cashback’ prize.
21. This prize is not exchangeable or transferable to ‘others’.
22. The prize draw will be paid by way of bank cheque made out in the prize winners name.  Photo ID and name as per bank account is required at time of prize draw winner acceptance.
